Full scope material control ensuring seamless delivery, traceability, and readiness of all materials from procurement through field installation.

Execution Highlights:

• Full lifecycle material management for over 3,800 tagged components, including gas piping assemblies, electrical enclosures, control systems, HVAC, and structural steel.
• Developed and implemented 24-hour QA/QC protocol for all inbound material receipts to catch issues before they hit the field.
• Implemented controlled issuance protocols to minimize loss, overhandling, and inventory confusion.
• Launched weekly BOM-to-field reconciliation dashboards, enabling real-time visibility for Customer and contractors.
• Provided staffing of 5 full-time material management personnel, including Senior Manager, Sr. Coordinator, Jr. Coordinators, and Project Support.

Measured Impact:

• <24-hour average discrepancy resolution from receipt to closure.
• Zero work stoppages due to material issues through the first 6 months of construction.
