About OnTraxSys.

Precision Systems. Proven Execution.

At OnTraxSys, we don’t just manage material—we bring structure to the part of projects no one is watching. Since 2016, we’ve supported utilities, EPCs, and infrastructure owners by addressing one of the most consistent execution risks: material readiness at the point of installation. Most projects don’t fail because material doesn’t exist. They fail because no one can verify—at the moment it matters—that it’s ready to install. Our approach converts fragmented delivery data into clear, decision-grade outputs that eliminate ambiguity before execution, allowing teams to move forward with confidence instead of assumptions.

Our Core Values

Every project we support is guided by principles shaped by our roots in Navy Explosive Ordnance Disposal: Loyalty – to the mission, the client, and execution outcomes. Duty – to identify and control risk before it impacts the field. Respect – for the people, the process, and the complexity of delivery.

We integrate people, processes, and technology into a single execution system—aligned to real project conditions, not theoretical workflows. The result is straightforward: fewer surprises, reduced risk, and better decisions at the point of execution.

Certified & Accountable

OnTraxSys is a certified SBA Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). That designation reflects more than ownership—it reflects an operating standard built on discipline, precision, and accountability. Our clients engage us when execution matters and failure carries real cost, because we operate with a bias toward control, verification, and follow-through.

Leadership

OnTraxSys is led by a former Navy Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) operator with over two decades of experience across supply chain, field operations, and infrastructure delivery. That background is reflected in how we approach projects today: structured, risk-aware, and focused on maintaining control in environments where complexity and pressure are the norm.

Our Promise

At OnTraxSys, we don’t just support projects—we reduce execution risk at the point it matters most. Through disciplined coordination, structured material control, and system-driven validation, we help utilities, EPCs, and government partners deliver complex builds with fewer disruptions and greater certainty.

Let’s remove ambiguity and get to work.

At OnTraxSys, we don’t just support projects — we safeguard their success.
Through disciplined execution, embedded coordination, and full-system control, we help our partners deliver complex builds without compromise. Let’s eliminate the noise and get to work.

OnTraxSys Certifications.

Certified, Yes. Defined By It? Never.

At OnTraxSys, we’re proud to be a certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business — but we don’t lead with labels. Our SBA verification reflects our integrity, discipline, and commitment to excellence. Still, we believe the real proof is in the field: how we perform under pressure, how we eliminate waste and delays, and how we help complex projects cross the finish line. That’s what defines us.

OnTraxSys Commitment to Excellence

National Veteran-Owned Business Association

NaVOBA (National Veteran-Owned Business Association) offers certification programs for both Veteran-Owned Businesses (VBE) and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses (SDVBE)These certifications, VBE® and SDVBE®, are private-sector certifications and are not affiliated with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs or the SBA. They ensure that businesses are at least 51% owned, operated, and controlled by eligible U.S. military veterans, providing a recognized standard for corporate America to identify and work with verified veteran-owned businesses.

Small Business Administration (SBA)

The SBA has implemented a stringent system for verifying our ownership and matching the collected data to records held at the United States Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), and other data points. As a result, ONTRAXSYS is authorized to display the SBA Certification emblem, which ensures to our clients that ONTRAXSYS is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Certified Small Business.
