OnTraxSys provided the Customer with full-service onsite warehouse operations for all material related to hydrogen vehicle manufacturing and hydrogen production stations.

• Designed and managed warehouse with 2,500+ unique part numbers and $29M average inventory.
• Developed custom inventory software for receiving, QA/QC, issuance, and reporting workflows for engineered components.
• Implemented optimized staging grid for just-in-time install.
• Supported construction and delivery of 17 mobile fuelers.

• Conducted constructability review resulting in 99.76% BOM accuracy.
• Supported production over 18 months with zero material-related downtime.
