ONTRAXSYS understands that even under optimum conditions, complex projects are challenging and put stress on project teams. We ensure material and services are available when and where needed. ONTRAXSYS handles all of your supply chain needs from the time purchase order has been created through project completion.

We deliver real-world experience through a modern, more practical approach as a cost effective alternative to hard-working consultants held to traditional methodologies. Our nimble teams are flat, non-hierarchical and staffed with subject matter experts with years of real-world and military experience.

We also have the ability to integrate with multiple firms and act as a conduit for proactive communication and coordination for the project team.

Safety.

ONTRAXSYS focuses on safety program education, awareness, precautions and incident analysis to ensure workers operate within a safe environment.

Education

Operating in a safe manner is ingrained in the military culture and every member of the ONTRAXSYS Material Management Team gets either OSHA 10 hour or 30 hour certified depending on their role.

Awareness

Every day begins with a safety briefing to review potential hazards and mitigation strategies and Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) are used to identify risks. An Emergency Action Plan will be developed in accordance with the Project Safety Plan and will be posted on each Material Yard.

Precautions

Team members working in the material handling yard are required to wear appropriate PPE as prescribed in the JHA. This includes a Class E Hardhat, Class II reflective vest, ANSI Z-87 approved safety glasses, gloves, and Steel Toe/Hardtop Boots.

Incident Analysis

If an accident incident occurs, an Apparent Cause Analysis (ACA) will be conducted to identify the root cause and prevent reoccurrence.
