OnTraxSys supported material control for the Customer’s utility relcation and new construction by handling oversight of $350M of electrical material including but not limited to overhead catenary hardware (arms, droppers, brackets, tensioners, conductor, pole line hardware, and major equipment).

• >98.5% material availability rate at time of contractor need.
• <24-hour QA/QC and material discrepancy resolution for all shipments.

Measured Impact:

• Zero contractor downtime attributed to material unavailability across 18-month active construction window.
• Reduction of surplus material waste by >12% through reconciliation and redistribution to other projects.
